What does a service call cost?
Residential diagnostics are $99, and we waive that $99 when you approve the repair. Commercial service calls are $199.
Do you charge extra for evenings or weekends?
Our regular hours are Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm. For service outside those hours there is a $150 emergency fee. It is non-refundable and it is charged in addition to the diagnostic fee.
How fast can you get here?
Most jobs are scheduled for the same day or the next business day.
What is your guarantee?
90 days on parts and labor. Extended warranty coverage is available for purchase if you want longer protection.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, both.
What brands do you service?
All the major residential and commercial brands, including Whirlpool, Maytag, LG, Samsung, GE, Electrolux, Frigidaire, Speed Queen, Kenmore, Bosch, and Amana, plus commercial equipment from Huebsch, UniMac, Dexter, Wascomat, IPSO, American Dryer Corporation, and others. Do you service ventless or heat-pump dryers?
No. We service vented electric and gas dryers, including stacked, commercial, and coin-operated units. Ventless, condenser, and heat-pump models are outside what we handle, and we will tell you that on the phone rather than charge a diagnostic to find out.
Do you work on gas dryers?
Yes. Igniters, flame sensors, gas valve coils, and thermostats on natural gas and propane units.
My clothes take two cycles to dry. Is that a repair or a vent problem?
Usually the vent. A dryer works by pushing moisture out through the duct, so when the duct is restricted the clothes stay damp no matter how well the dryer heats. We check airflow as part of the diagnostic so you are not paying to replace a part that was working.
How often should a dryer vent be cleaned?
Once a year for a typical household. More often with a large family, pets, a long duct run, or flexible foil ducting. See how often to clean a dryer vent.
Do you clean the whole vent or just the opening?
The whole run. We use a 50-foot brush line driven by a drill, so the brush travels the full length of the duct rather than stopping a few feet in at the wall. We also clear the exterior vent hood and check that the damper still opens.
My dryer is showing an error code. Can you help?
Yes. Codes narrow the problem down but they do not diagnose it, so we test the component the code points at. A lot of heat and airflow codes across all brands trace back to a restricted vent rather than a failed part. See dryer error codes by brand.
Should I repair or replace my dryer?
It depends on age and which part failed. Heating elements, belts, thermostats, and switches are worth repairing at almost any age. Motors and control boards on a unit past about twelve years usually are not. See repair or replace.
Do you service condos and apartments?
Yes, including stacked units in closets and buildings with long horizontal duct runs. If your building requires vendor insurance on file or advance notice, let us know when you call.
Do you work on commercial dryers?
Yes. Laundromats, apartment and HOA laundry rooms, hotels, gyms, and senior living facilities, including coin-operated and card-operated equipment. Recurring maintenance agreements are available. See commercial dryer repair.
What areas do you serve?
Broward and Palm Beach County, with regular service in Hallandale Beach, Hollywood, Fort Lauderdale, Pembroke Pines, Pompano Beach, and Boca Raton. See our service area.
Do you have a shop I can bring my dryer to?
No. We are a mobile service and we come to your home or business.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, debit cards, cash, and Zelle. Credit card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee. Cash, Zelle, and debit are not surcharged.
