We schedule same day or next day
You get an arrival window, not a whole-day wait. After-hours service is available if you can’t wait until morning.
We diagnose, quote, then repair
The $99 diagnostic gets waived when you approve the work. Nothing gets done without your go-ahead.

Common Questions
How fast can you get here?
Most jobs get scheduled for the same day or the next business day. Our regular hours are Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm. If you need someone outside those hours, we offer emergency service with a $150 emergency fee, which is non-refundable and charged in addition to the diagnostic fee.
What does a service call cost?
Residential diagnostics are $99, and we waive that $99 when you approve the repair. Commercial service calls are $199.
Do you clean the whole vent or just the opening?
The whole run. We use a 50-foot brush line driven by a drill, so the brush travels the full length of the duct instead of stopping a few feet in at the wall. We also clear the exterior vent hood and check that the damper still opens.
Is the repair guaranteed?
Yes. Parts and labor are covered for 90 days. Extended warranty coverage is available for purchase if you want longer protection.
Do you work on commercial dryers?
Yes. Laundromats, apartment and HOA laundry rooms, hotels, gyms, and senior living facilities, including coin-operated equipment. Recurring maintenance agreements are available.
Do you service ventless or heat-pump dryers?
No. We service vented electric and gas dryers, including stacked and commercial units. Ventless, condenser, and heat-pump models are outside what we handle.
