What we collect

Information you give us. When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, city, the service you are requesting, and optionally the brand of your dryer and any details you choose to include in the message field.

If you call us instead, we collect whatever information you provide over the phone in order to schedule and perform the work, which typically includes your name, address, phone number, and a description of the problem.

Information collected automatically. Our web host records standard server log information, including IP address, browser type, and pages visited. This is normal web server operation and is used for security and troubleshooting.

Why we collect it

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, schedule service, perform the work, invoice you, and follow up about that work. We do not use it for anything else.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Information necessarily passes through service providers we use to run the business: our web hosting provider, and our email provider, which receives contact form submissions. These providers process the information on our behalf.
