Why only dryers

Most appliance companies in South Florida cover everything: refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, washers, dryers. There is nothing wrong with that, but it means a technician might work on three dryers in a month.

We made a different choice twelve years ago. Dryers and dryer venting are all we do. That focus compounds. We have seen how the same brands fail in the same housing here, and we know which symptoms point at the appliance and which point at the duct behind it, which is the distinction that decides whether a repair is necessary at all.

What that focus actually changes

Diagnostics go faster. When someone describes a symptom on the phone, we are usually narrowing it to two or three components before we arrive rather than starting from scratch in the laundry room.

Fewer return trips. Carrying the right parts depends on knowing what tends to fail, and that knowledge only comes from volume in one appliance category.

We check the vent. A large share of dryer complaints are venting complaints, and a company that does not service venting has no reason to look there. We do, and we tell people when the dryer is fine.

Residential and commercial

We work in single-family homes, condos, and apartments, and we service commercial equipment in laundromats, apartment and HOA laundry rooms, hotels, gyms, and senior living facilities, including coin-operated machines. Recurring maintenance agreements are available for properties running dryers at volume.

How we work

We are a mobile service based in Hallandale Beach. There is no shop to bring a dryer to; we come to the home or the business.

The diagnostic is $99, and it is waived when you approve the repair. You get a quote before any work starts. Repairs are covered by a 90-day parts and labor guarantee, and extended warranty coverage is available for purchase.
